19-04-2022 ISOPARTNER Germany, a subsidiary of IPCOM nv has acquired Wolf Blechbearbeitung
ISOPARTNER Germany and Wolf Blechbearbeitung are joining forces to serve the technical insulation German market even better.
ISOPARTNER Germany, formed by the merger of Kiesewetter and Seidemann has a wide range of Technical Insulation products and serves its customers through a nationwide network of eleven branches.
WOLF Blechbearbeitung, based in Volkach near Würzburg is a converter of steel jackets and specialized in metal cladding.
The addition of Wolf Blechbearbeitung will strengthen the position of ISOPARTNER Germany on the German market and creates new opportunities for customers by supplying them with tailor-made products.
The current management of both companies will remain actively involved. Klaus Peerenboom and Jörg Seidemann will be responsible for ISOPARTNER Germany, and Dominic Höfling, Managing Director, will be in charge of Wolf Blechbearbeitung.
Following this acquisition, Mr Bernd Wolf, founder of the company, will withdraw from the daily business but remains in an advisory role.
Both companies will operate under their own brand names and combine their various experiences to be the best reference for their customers and lead the market in the areas in which they are active.
