On the 7th of January 2019 Remco Boerefijn has joined IPCOM as the new Group CEO. In his latest job Remco was the CEO of Hans Anders, an optical retailer active in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Sweden. Earlier he has worked 12 years at AB Inbev, a beer brewing company which has grown from number 7 to the biggest brewer in the world today.

The leading Norwegian insulation wholesaler Kaimann became in September 2013 a part of the IPCOM group, and will from now on be known as Isopartner AS. - Once again we strengthen the supply to the market, says Isopartner’s CEO Arne Schultz.

Founded in 1992, Kaimann AS in Norway is a specialist insulation distribution business. For over 20 years Kaimann AS has been owned by Kaimann GmbH; in a transaction jointly announced by Kaimann GmbH and IPCOM today, this period of ownership has now ended. Effective from the 25th of September Kaimann AS is part of the IPCOM group.

Kiesewetter ist mit 9 Niederlassungen in Deutschland und einer Tochtergesellschaft in Polen vertreten.

June 13th 2012 IPCOM NV, Insulation Products Company, a Belgian group of European distributors of insulation materials, has acquired all shares of Profisol AB. Profisol AB is a major wholesaler of technical insulation products in the Swedish market, with branches in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Växjö.
