04-11-2024 IPCOM strenghthens its footprint in the French market by acquiring Arly SARL
IPCOM, the leading European specialist in the distribution and conversion of technical insulation, today announced the acquisition of the company Arly a French distributor and specialty converter of technical insulation materials for the construction market, and various industries, including the marine market.
Arly S.A., based in Creil, France , was founded in the year 1990 by Mr. Sylvain Citton, who developed the company to a leading specialist distributor and converter of technical insulation products and custom designed solutions in the French Market. Arly is currently managed by Mr. Sylvain Citton and Mr. David Terrier and employs approx. 32 people. The company is an expert designer and converter of tailor-made thermal, acoustic, and fire insulation solutions.
