IPCOM NV has acquired 100% of the shares of the Seidemann Group. The acquisition complements IPCOM’s existing position in Technical Insulation in the German B2B market.

The Seidemann group is a well-established specialist distributor, focusing on technical insulation on the German market.

Seidemann Group, with the Headquarter in Munich, was founded in the year 1979. Today the company operates 6 branches in South and East Germany.

Head of the Seidemann Group, Mr Jörg Seidemann, said: "With this strategic decision, we are securing the long-term development of the company and positioning ourselves optimally in terms of the growing demands in the areas of digitalization, logistics and marketing.  As Managing Director, I will continue to contribute my personal strength and expertise for the benefit of the company and be the contact person for my employees and customers.
