Area Cooling Solutions, with its Headquarter in Spain and operations in Poland, is a distributor of HVAC-R components and associated equipment for industrial and commercial applications. The company was founded in Barcelona in 1986. Starting in 1995, it has expanded its operations in Poland. Presently, the company operates from 2 depots, delivering products and providing services to OEM customers across the whole of Europe.
Area Cooling Solutions has a workforce of over 45 people and achieves sales exceeding € 20 million per year. They hold long term sourcing relationships with leading manufacturers of compressors, fans, motor, inverter drivers and related accessories. This enables Area Cooling Solutions to deliver high-quality products and support to OEM customers in various industries across many countries, contributing to the sustainable success of their customers. Following this transaction, Josep Ventura will continue leading Area Cooling Solutions as Managing Director.
