Your tasks and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall support for the HR Manager. This includes:

• Advising the business on HR-related matters.
• Supporting the entire recruitment and selection process, including screening and selection interviews.
• Organizing onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Managing payroll for the Belgian entities and keeping employee records up-to-date.
• Acting as first point of contact on HR matters for employees.
• Ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
• Managing and monitoring training initiatives.
• Managing organizational changes.
• Contact with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. payroll office, recruiters, …).
• Actively participating in various HR projects and provide support where necessary.
