31-03-2023 IPCOM expands its activities in Finland and acquires HL Tech Oy
As part of IPCOM’s ongoing expansion, we are proud to announce that IPCOM has acquired 100% of the shares of HL Tech Oy, a family-owned business based in Vantaa, Helsinki, Finland. With this acquisition, IPCOM further strengthens its market leading position in the Nordic markets for the distribution of Technical Insulation. Furthermore, it will help to offer an even better assortment to our Finnish customers.
HL Tech Oy, founded in 1983, is a Technical Insulation distributor specialized in cellular rubber, stone wool and PVC coating insulation materials. As a market leader in Technical Insulation in the Helsinki area, the company has strong partnerships with its suppliers in order to ensure product quality and fast product delivery. More than 35 years of technical expertise enables HL Tech to offer its customers professional assistance and help them with their most challenging questions.
HL Tech Oy employs 9 people and achieved sales of € 6 Mio in 2022.
