14-11-2024 IPCOM acquires Technicas B.V.B.A.
IPCOM, the leading European specialist in the distribution and conversion of technical insulation, today announced the acquisition of Technicas B.V.B.A. (“Technicas”), a renowned distributor of technical insulation materials in Belgium.
Technicas, based between Brussels and Antwerp, has been operating since 1992 as a distributor of technical insulation products and employs 17 people. They have a very experienced team that can meet the most demanding requirements for technical insulation products and accessories.
