30-10-2024 IPCOM acquires J.S. Miller Distribution Ltd.
IPCOM, the leading European specialist in the distribution and conversion of technical insulation, today announced the acquisition of J.S. Miller Distribution Ltd. (“J.S. Miller”), a renowned distributor of technical insulation materials.
J.S. Miller, based near Leeds, has been operating since 1899 and incorporated since 1999 as a distributor of technical insulation products and employs 19 people. They have a very experienced team that can meet the most demanding requirements for specialist insulation products and accessories.
