M&A Associate

Your tasks & responsibilities
Within this role there will be a dedicated focus on M&A related activity, from initial valuation towards signing/closing and further integration.
- To help the group further expand, you will support the full M&A process, from NDA to integration
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling for potential M&A transactions
- Coordinate and support the due diligence process
- Assist with the review and preparation of transaction documents
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors, including investment banks, legal counsel, and consultants
- Support the integration of newly acquired entities in the group reporting framework
- Ad hoc projects
Your profile:
- You have at least 2-4 years of M&A related experience, preferably in financial due diligence and valuations
- Has a broad general management understanding (business insight)
- Higher education background, e.g. master in finance or economics
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be part of broader team
- Ability to deal with a variety of issues and prioritise work
- Hands-on and pragmatic
- System minded
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel on an occasional basis
